1. General information
1.1. “Wendy” sells clothing and accessories via the website wendysince1924.com
1.2. The author of the designs is Rychcik Maria designer for Wendy, residing in Poland, Łomianki, ul. Wiosenna 24a, and in Italy, Alessandria – Spinetta Marengo, via Tortona 84.
1.3. Every design is made by the designer in one or two copies, free from defects, and new, but some are made from recycled materials and hand-finished.

2. Orders
2.1. Orders and purchases can only be made via the website wendysince1924.com.
2.2. Orders are taken 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
2.3. Orders are placed in accordance with the terms and conditions posted on the website wendysince1924.com
2.4. Placing an order means accepting the terms and conditions.
2.5. After an order is placed, the confirmation will be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided by the customer in the order. After the order is checked for accuracy and completeness, Wendy will inform the customer by e-mail should any inconsistencies arise. The e-mail contains the number assigned to the order and all and any information, including the link to the confirmation of the order by the customer.
2.6. Wendy will keep you informed about the status of your order.
2.7. Wendy makes every effort to describe the products’ colors as accurately as possible. The customer should take into consideration the fact that it may be impossible to display colors accurately by means of the computer equipment and graphics card used by the customer.
2.8. All the prices quoted on the website are gross prices. The price binding for both sides is the price shown next to the product at the time the customer places his or her order.
2.9. The order will be processed upon confirmation of payment into the account.
2.10. Orders are filled in Poland at the latest 24 hours from the time the payment is confirmed. Delivery times abroad are determined individually, depending on the country.
2.11. Orders will be delivered via Poczta Polska (Polish Post) or a courier company.
2.12. Should any delays take place, the customer will be notified by e-mail or phone without delay.
2.13. The customer cannot cancel an order after the ordered product has been sent.
2.14. If the customer fails to take delivery of the ordered product without reason, the customer will be charged the costs related to the return of the undelivered product. The product will be re-sent only after the customer pays the costs charged and makes additional payment for re-delivery.

3. Payments
3.1. Payments will be made via bank transfer. After the payment is registered, the customer will be informed without delay about the time of the delivery of the product.
3.2. The product will be packed with due care. If the parcel has signs of damage or of being opened or if any mechanical damage has occurred during the transport of the ordered product, the customer should not accept the parcel, should write a damage report in the presence of the courier, and should contact Wendy without delay.
3.3. Exact delivery costs will be set out in the price list of the courier company, depending on the delivery location.

4. Returns
4.1. Due to products being unique returns are not allowed.

5. Privacy and security policy
5.1. Wendy undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997.
5.2. All of the customer’s personal data are used only to the extent necessary to fill orders and are not disclosed to any third parties.
5.3. By placing an order, the customer consents to the use of his or her personal data in the form described in point 5.2. of these terms and conditions.
5.4. Personal data are kept in Wendy’s database.

6. Intellectual property
6.1. The owner of the Wendy account is Maria Rychcik, residing in Łomianki, 05-092, ul. Wiosenna 24A.
6.2. The content of the website wendysince1924.com is protected by the Polish Act on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights of 4 February 1994 and is the sole property of Maria Rychcik.
6.3. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, modify or use the content of the website wendysince1924.com.

7. Final provisions
7.1. Information on the website wendysince1924.com is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. When placing an order, the customer makes an offer to buy a specific product on the terms set out in the product description.
7.2. These terms and conditions apply to purchases made via the website wendysince1924.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to any and all terms and conditions.
7.3. The Customer is obliged to read the terms and conditions before making a purchase.
7.4. In the event of any disputes, the owner of the website wendysince1924.com has the right to invoke these terms and conditions, which were accepted in full by the Customer when placing an order.
7.5. The website wendysince1924.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions
7.6. In the event of any disputes, the terms and conditions will apply that were in force on the day the Customer placed his or her order.
7.7. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by the Polish Civil Code, the Polish Act on Specific Terms and Conditions of Consumer Sale and Amendments to the Civil Code of 2002, and the Polish Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product of 2 March 2000.
