Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Wendy informs the customer about shipping costs for the purpose of acceptance of such costs.
If the parcel is damaged, please contact us without delay and send the parcel back in order to resolve the problem with the courier company.
Wendy is not liable for delivery dates or for lost parcels.
Wendy undertakes to send the parcel within 24 hours after the order is made and paid for.
Prices for delivery to the EU countries are those set out in the price lists of courier companies, also for deliveries outside Europe.
If the customer fails to take delivery of the parcel, no money refund will be taken into account.
